![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() it, by itself, will do noting. test. will help increase your muscle mass, assuming that you are training and eating properly. therefore, the more muscle mass you have, the greater the potential for you to use fat as an energy source. Fat is the greatest source of energy in that a complete kreb cycle can yield a total of 486 ATPs total. therefore, Test. in itself, will not utilize fat for energy. but, a larger motor unit; as compared to a smaller motor unit, will use more fat for energy assuming that is the source of energy based on how you train. anaerobically, its primarily CP. aerobically, its fats, in general. atp is of course used at all levels but is a subunit.
