I am usually hesitant about believing magazine and website articles that do not have documented research but this one was kind of interesting. It is at http://www.nuclearnutrition.com/ and advocates dropping your protein levels to 1/4 g per lb bw. after a "cycle"..and supposedly supercompensating after a week at this level, when normal consumption is resumed. What do you bros think? IP: Logged |

Very interesting..and kinda makes sense. I mean if you just came off of a cycle using some kind of test with a long half life i.e. sustanon, then your body would remain fairly anti-catabolic for a time period. I would think this in turn would keep your body from cannabalizing itself.
If it has been awhile since your last cycle, and youve been "natural" for awhile, then running a 3 week cycle of any drug that would aid in muscle preservation would help during the time period for protein depletion right? Would this not in turn allow you to stay anabolic, but not neccesarily gaining during this phase? And then carry this drug into your next stack cycle while bumping your protein back up to its original intake. Very interesting, I would like to see the results of someone actually trying this.
