CoolHand, Get up and do a little cardio in the morning. It will jump start your metabolism, and get the shit ouf your system quicker. Then later, when you feel better, (like in the PM) hit the iron. Matt PS: If you're celebrating something, what the hell are you doing at a computer?

Tried to work out the morning after I got shitfaced and I barely made it through. My trainer had no mercy on me either. As I begged not to super set anything, he made me and did 5 minutes of cardio in between. I almost puked 5 times. Drink gallons of water, but don't do it without carbing up first or you'll be drunk all over again. I made that mistake. Hope you feel better soon. I learned my lesson. Hope you do to. IP: Logged |

I like doing cardio when I am hung over, it helps me feel better...I guess I am weird. Anyway...there is absolutely nothing wrong with going out and celebrating, I fully intend to do that this weekend b/c tomorrow is my last final! yayayyaya!!!!!! Crack open a beer(or whatever you drank) when you first wake up. You'll hate it the whole way down but drink the whole thing and watch the hangover disapear. It does wonders for an 8 am Physics class, trust me. IP: Logged |

Here is the Ripped Force guy that SKINNY BONES was talking about. It is great you can get out and enjoy some good times with your friends. If you party too hard, plan ahead. go to GNC and pick up a RIPPED FORCE. Drink it before you go to bed along with a multi-vitamin and 24oz of H2O. If you do not piss the bed, you will be able to get up in the morning and hit your workout. Try this next time you RAGE. Also, if you miss the drink the night before, you must force it down the next day...it will taste awful, but that is the price you pay for partying.
