I am just about to begin my first ever cycle...and have got hold of some d-bol. I want to take 6 a day for 6 weeks then taper down. without stacking it with anything else can someone tell me :
1. How much i can expect to gain over the six week period.?
2. how quick will i start to notice changes in my physique.?
3. should i spread the tabs througout the day or take them in one go?

Hi Martin

In answer to your questions...

1. Depending on your traing and body weight you shold gain around 10lbs

2. You should start noticing the gains from the 3rd to 4th week.

3. Take 2 in the morning, 2 at lunch time and 2 in the evening, or spread them out over the day. Do not take them all at once.

you want to taper after the sixth week??

UMMMM..I think you have a lot more reading to do.

As for stacking..Why not do a six week pyramid scheme and throw in some test from something like Sustenon or at least Enanthate??

Dbol should be taken every 4 hours on the dot...

A dbol alone cycle is silly though..if by chance you do put on 10lbs..you wont keep much of it at all..

D-bol by itself, say bye-bye to any gains you might make in those six weeks. Personal opinion, you would be wasting your d-bol taking it by itself unless you stacked it with something like deca, sus, or test

With d-bol alone you will retain about
5lbs. You will notice great pumps by
the second week and size by the third.
You want to take d-bol every 4 hours,
even when sleeping preferably, but
realistically take one tab at 6am,10am,
2pm,6pm and two tabs at 10pm.

POW is 10lbs gain for an experienced builder??....I have never really trained properly before, until now probably once or twice a week. But i am going to buckle down and train intensely 4 to 5 times a week for the next year, concentrate on eating copious amounts of protein and calories, i have never ever concentrated on diet. I should gain more than 10lbs in 6 weeks shouldnt i???

Gunn - Skip the gear until you've trained for a while. Your natural gains will make you happy. Juice isn't something you just start taking when you begin to get intense - it's something you consider after you've already been intense for some time. You'll end up hurting yourself without the proper conditioning, training, and dicipline that is gained from being in the gym for a while. Just an opinion.

WCP, I guess he doesn't believe us. On d-bol
alone you will NOT retain 10lbs. 5 if
you're lucky. You need to stack and take
clomid to help you keep your gains.

Holy Monkeys! This really blows my mind to be honest. I'd been training my ass off for EIGHT YEARS, 5 or 6 times week, before I even CONSIDERED using steroids. And yet I always see people saying things like "I work out twice a week" or "I've been lifting for 6 whole months now." That is just absurd.

If you use steroids now before you've learned how to make gains through proper training, diet, and most importantly, DISCIPLINE, you are really setting yourself up for failure.

You will never learn how to do it the right way and will be dependent upon steroids for making ANY gains, because you wont know how to do it without them. Just my opinion...

I used just Dbol for my first cycle and the results were great unfortunately i lost most of if not all of what i gained. I would suggest using something else with the dbol it cant hurt, but train a while longer before u start juicing

Sell your Dbol or keep them for a year. The first year I started training properly I put on over 40lbs. Trust me you'll fuck up your gains for later. Chill!!!
Then stack it with some deca.
