![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This is where my summer cycle stands as of now: (Reforvit taken orally, primobolan injections) week...Ref-B/Primobolan/Clomid 1...25mg ed/---/50mg eod 2...25mg ed/---/50mg eod 3...25mg ed/200mg/50mg eod 4...25mg ed/200mg/50mg eod 5...---/400mg/50mg eod 6...---/400mg/50mg eod 7...---/400mg/50mg eod 8...---/400mg/50mg eod 9...---/---/100mg ed 10...---/---/50mg ed I will be doing tons of cardio, keeping my protein high, fats moderate, and carbs low, as this is primarily a cutting cycle. This will be only my second cycle. (First was very low dosages of Winny V and Primo) My goal with this cycle is to drop 10lbs of fat and put on 5 lbs of muscle. I am 6'2, 240, 13% bodyfat, with eight years of lfting under my belt. I am 22. I want the fat loss and the small muscle gain to STAY. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ok, i'll make that change... i'll start with 400mg of primo at week 1 and do the taper later. anyone else have any opinions on the matter? would it be wise to spend the entire 8 weeks with reduced calories and lots of cardio? or should i perhaps spend the first four weeks where i'm using the reforvit to put on some good muscle, then cut back the last four weeks? ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() bump your reforvit intake to 50mg a day split into two doses taken seperately. One in the morning and one in the evening and you will see much greater results than just one cc a day. IP: Logged |
