![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Okay, this is going to sound weird, but it's driving me nuts and I need help with this one. When I get done with chest OR tri's, I feel a tight pain in the center of my breast bone area. If I roll my shoulders back, I hear and feel a pop not unlike when I crack a knuckle. It's a real pain before it pops, but once it pops I feel great. Are there two seperate bones that comprise the breast bone, or am I just fucked up? ( Bignate?) IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Have a doctor check it out dude. Just to be on the safe side. I think the bones are fused with cartilege in the center of your chest. I'm no doc though. ------------------ IP: Logged |
