![]() ![]() ![]() I am on week 5 of post cycle and i am eating clean foods. NO junk. I have about 7 small health meals a day. I am on creatine, trib, aminos, glutamine. I had read that eating healthy after a cycle is the very important but i think differently. If u drop calories then your body almost imediatley drops some muscle mass. When u are on a cycle u eat everything in sight. I was just pondering that if u r on juice and eating all these calories then when one gets off, shouldn't he eat more calories than he did while on the juice. This is my question and it is a very good one. This just makes sense. Here i am eating healthy foods hoping to maintane the weight and i just realized that this can't possibly work. Does anyone else agree? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Typically near the end of a cycle i'm trying to drop all the fat i've gained and all the water, so eating cleanly is necessary. Now mind you, i'm not really off at this point, usually i'm taking a low dose of winny or eq. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() But isn't eating enough one of the big down fall people make when coming off gear? I would think you might just up your calorie intake since you are now not being help chemically. This way you avoid losing too much weight after the cycle ends. But if you're trying to get lean then this is not a factor. Good Luck My .02 IP: Logged |
