![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I bought the book the other day, hoping I would find some AS info, boy was I wrong. ALl this book has is pictures and more pictures. THe only thing, I might get out of this book is the section Arnold has on different body parts, offering different exercises for each. He has like 2 sentences mentioning gear, and thats bout it. I mean considering he probably started taking god knows what at the age of 14, I expected to find something related with AS. anyway, for those of you bros considering purchasing it, save your money. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I disagree,it's actually one of the best investments i've ever made. The information on diet and training is priceless, i've made huge gains despite being natural(not for long) thanks to that book. I think it's a must buy for any bodybuilder, for motivation if nothing else. besides we can find anything we want to know about gear right here on the web. Can't wait to start deca and d-bol ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I thought it was a pretty helpful source for different training techniques.I must say it would be hard as hell to train with him, very rewarding though. But I felt like you did when he never mentions anything about his anabolic use. I guess that's smart on his part but what bugs me is that he has a whole section dedicated to totally eliminating their use in Body building. In fact he says he's interested in the future of bodybuilding not steroids and body destroying. Kind of hypocritical but not half as bad as today's Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ya I agree on the most part of what you guys said, but I am not motivated by it whatsoever. I have also heard Arnold started taking Primobolan and D-bol in his early years. Any truth to this? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I tried some of the programs in the book and it led to overtraining for me. I'm notably not genetically gifted, but doing so many sets per day really wore me down to the point where I didn't want to train anymore. But I agree the book is fantastic in motivation. I also bought Arnold: The Education of a Bodybuilder and found that good, too. AY IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The book is good for some training reference, but that's about it. As far as Arnold being hush, hush about his AS use, of course he is. I know it, you know it, and anybody with half a clue in their head knows it! Arnold was a king of juicing in is day. But, he's a celebrity now,(not just for bodybuilding) a movie star. Little kids watch him and look up to him. He has this wholesome image to think about, and he's making millions off of it. He is not going to go around talking about how he took illegal drugs and that's what helped make him what he is today. That's just my take on it. Pitbull IP: Logged |
