High protein, low carbs, and try not to lose more than .5 to 1 lbs per week. So if you are dieting for a show, that usually means that you have to start about 16 weeks out to drop 15 lbs. If you are carrying more bodyfat than that, then you are putting on too much fat in your bulking phase. Drop 500 calories/week until you stop gaining. Then you will start loosing fat assuming that you consume enough protein so that your body doesn't use muscle for energy. IP: Logged |

OKAY BUT WHAT ABOUT THIS. WHEN I'M BULKING I EAT ABOUT 5000 CALORIES A DAY.I FIGURE I ONLY BURN 3000 CALORIES A DAY WHEN I WORKOUT, SO THAT'S A 2000 CALORIE POSITIVE CALORIC IN TAKE.SO IF I CUT DOWN TO 2500 CALORIES A DAY THAT'S A 500 CALORIE DEFICIT.SO, I'D PROABLY LOSE ABOUT FIVE POUNDS THE FIRST COUPLE OF DAYS AND THEN IT WOULD START TO SLOW. IF I ATE RIGHT, I COULD PROABLY LOSE A LOT OF FAT FAST AND MAINTAIN 90% OF MY MUSCLE OR MORE WHILE ON A.S. THAT'S JUST WHAT I THINK. IP: Logged |

You need to decresemore gradually. Goin from 5000 to 2500 would slow your metabolism and increse fat storage until your body adjusted. When your cycle ends, keep the cals pretty high. You just gained a lot of muscle and that increases metabolism. Start doing some cardio and adjust the diet downwards more slowly. Drastic diet adjustments are generally not beneficial. The blond myth is right, to keep your muscle take some juice, low dose i like 150 winny or 200 eq a week.

that is another option if your body and receptors can take it. If you can take something with methandriol in it, then that would enable you to take a low dosage and still get most of the effects of the steroid. IP: Logged |

I STARTED A PRIMO/DECA CYCLE A WEEK AGO, I ATE LIKE CRAZY, AND NOW I'M CUTTING DOWN FOR THE REST OF THE CYCLE.I'M GOING TO DO SOME LIGHT CUTTING RIGHT NOW, WHILE TAKING PRIMO/400MG DECA/300MG A WEEK.AFTER THREE WEEKS OF THIS, I PLAN ON SERIOUSLY CUTTING WHILE TAKING 50MG OF WINNIE A DAY, FOR THREE WEEKS.
