listen guys i'm 18 years old 172 pounds, 16.8% bodyfat (damn i'm small) 5'9, i only have a little over a year of lifting under my belt, a year and half ago i never even touched a weight, but anyways, tell me of this sounds proportional to you, i think my deadlift is like superior to my other big lifts, it's almost like i can deadlift but i blow at everything else.. bench press , 165 for 8 reps, squats ( i do asso to the ground) 155 for 12, and dead lifts, 315 for 7 reps, what the hell is that all about? don't most people squat more than they deadlift?

Hmm, I'm 23, 5'9 and only 165, small huh?
I'm not on steroids and my max bench is 315.
225 for 12. You are still young, not that I'm old, give it time, try changing your routine around.

315? damn...my routine is good, i have it all under control, a friend of mine ..well he wasn't even my friend at first but he took me under his wing and taught me next to everything, i know exactly what i'm doing, it's just a matter time, i don't have time under my belt. I have no doubts that i will succeed. Oh, and also, i don't think i have the body type to bench well ...triceps aren't one of my better points and my shoulders are okay, my chest is one my better parts but i think to bench well you need good delt and tri genetics, and also my squats are lagging simply because i havent been doing that long..only a few months, forgot about that part

oh and i'm sure you know what i mean when i say i have the bodytype where the power lies in my lower body...i have a good deadlift and my squat has alot of potential, but my bench will never get that high i don't think (arms aren't exactly short, ripcage doesn't allow me to arch that well, triceps aren't one of my better points...)

Well Tri's are big with benches. Maybe focus on them a little more if they are lacking?
