![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bro I am no expert but let me tell you this-you are 6-1 185, obviously you have a real high metabolism, you definetly gotta take in mucho calories, starting with getting that protein up over 300g, and then about 400-500g of carbs, plus whatever fat comes with that, you may even have to eat more than that, start there and see if you gain weight.MY $.02 ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You gotta be at 1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight. Start there. I know what you mean about working all day - I mean I think almost all the bro's do it (except for college bro's....miss those days sometimes) because weight gain is fundamentally the taking in of more cals then you expend.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() With your hectic schedule you also probably aren't getting enough rest.........8-10 hours/night bro. If you aren't getting that "you're stressin" and that will kill some of your gains.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() not all the college bros senor matttheskywalker. full time on both accounts. its tough as hell but worth it. i hear ya bro about getting enough to eat. dont shy away from the fats. they can be your friend in this case. whole milk, cheeses, red meat, good carbs( my fave is mac and cheese but thats another story) eat like you want to grow, dont sweat the super clean diets if you are bulking up. my signature says it all. hehe ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I hear you big Nate. The post about rest is is 100% right. Training, diet, and rest all deserve equal attention. If one is negelcted then the gains suffer. Maybe you need to carry food with you - coworkers may stare but fuck it. That's what I do. I'm always opening a can of tuna at "odd" times at work. Matt IP: Logged |
