Well, here I am in good 'ol Canada training at Monster Gym on Brunswick in Montreal. Anyone out there go to that gym? I am on two moth off cycle. I did get a 405 bench, but being on the road and eating out for the last 4 weeks has killed me. I got up to 1250mg test for a few weeks what a freakin rush!!!!! Anyway I will keep checking in everyday now until I go back to states yada yada. chesty IP: Logged |

Good to hear from you bro. Monster gym is where it all started for me about 5 years ago when I started training,it's a great gym.I actually have a friend who is working there right now.Monster can be a bit busy at times,but the good thing is that it's open 24hrs a day.If want,I know of a few other gyms on the west island that aren't that busy,but there not as hardcore.Anyways keep up the good work.
