Hi all,

Last summer I took methandrostenolone, omnadren and deca durablin. I didn't realise this at first, but when the stuff had left my body I noticed that I had grown way out of
proportion. My shoulders were far too wide for my lenght, and this started to
look quite funny when I started losing weight on my arms.
I tried to compensate this by excluding shoulders and breast from all exercises,
and instead throwing in some extra arm exercises. Unfortunately this didn't
help much. The shoulders seemed to take much of the arms load, no matter how isolating exercises i tried to stick to. Now a year later, I think everyone stares at me and reads 'steroids' in my forehead.

Is there any way to reverse this? Someone told me that you automatically get
'wider' when using (too much) steroids, and that this will never go back even if
you QUIT working out. Please tell me this isn't true, I so much regret taking it
in the first place...

Regards,
Stefan
