started my first cycle five days ago. since then i've gained 9lbs. I've been eating about 5000 calories a day. Sleeping about nine to ten hours a night. 20-25 sets per bodypart. first shot was 500mg primo, 300mg deca. tommorow i'm going with 400 primo 400 deca. Lookout boys, I went from 208 to 217 in five days.Sure i added some water, but shit, that's a lot of weight to gain that quick! IP: Logged |

HELL YES! do you guys think that when i cut down from 5000 cals/day to 2000 cals/day i will lose any muscle? i'll be taking 50mg of winnie everyday.by the way do you think i should start clomid during the winny or after? IP: Logged |

Bro, As long as you don't drop from 5000 cals to 2000 cals right away, you should keep most of your gains. You need to figure out how many calories you need for maintenance. I bet it's way more than 2,000. Figure out what your body needs, and back it down slowly from 5,000. Matt IP: Logged |

alright guys, it's officially been one week and i've gone from 208.5lbs to 219lbs. my first shot was 300mg/deca 500mg/primo, yesterday i took my second shot,400mg/deca 400mg/primo. i feel a little bigger but a little bloated, too.not a whole lot stronger, but i think that the deca is about to really kick in. you mademan. wait for that shit to really kick it in..........give it about 2to3 weeks, that stuff being oil based will take sometime to get into your system. I would'nt be surprised if you gain 20-30 lbs by the time your prescription is through. Don't get too big people will start to wonder. today i hit 220lbs. i felt like i was stronger than usual, went from repping 225 on cable pulldowns for 8 to 10. tommorow will be the true test, bench press. IP: Logged |
