Ive beein researching for a week and Im still not sure how to work this.

Im on 100-150gms carbs per day between 7AM and 1PM. No carbs after 1PM. I train at 7PM.
I usually use insulin and HGH in the AM when I have my first carb meal. I only use HGH in the AM and afternoon (I get good natural HGH release after workout and during sleep). I prefer using insulin after my workout with carbs for that skin splitting pump.

Should I move my carb meals to accomodate my workout?

Stop using insulin? Only use insulin with HGH?

Im five weeks from contest.
