I need some help! I am trying to help my little bro with some gains this summer. The problem is that he is 17, and has the metabolism of a rabbit in heat. He's about 6' and 140 lbs. I've tried a lot of lifting programs, but I've got to get him on some supplements, too. Any suggestions? What about lifting programs? He is the definition of "hard gainer." IP: Logged |

fuck the supplements (besides protein powder)...MAKE THE KID EAT. THEN MAKE HIM EAT SOME MORE. personally, i don't think think there's any reason for anyone to be a hardgainer...everyone makes it out to be harder than it is. it's simple...shove food down his throat every 2 1/2 hours and if that isn't possible than have him chug a meal replacement or protein shake. if he's not gaining weight, make him eat even more and see if he's overtraining. repeat process until weight is gained.
