![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Was'up Bro's I hope you can help! I know clen prevents the body from going into a catabolic state while dieting and cardio. I play soccer once a week for 1 1/2 hours a game and I'm worried, I don't want to burn muscle, so I'm useing clen to keep my body in an anabolic state but I don't want to cycle on clen 2 days 2 off I only want to use it before a game so, How long before a game should I take and how much and should I take after the game? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Either way you going to loose size b/c you are going to loose more water weight with it so essientially you will loose muscle and you can also reach a catabolic state if your carbs are depleted. i would try 60mcg the doseage will increase slowly and the way u can tell if its helping is you should be running a temperture IP: Logged |
