I would try lowering intake of carbs. per meal and most of them taken in bfore 12 unless u have a late workout then a few post workout. Try to eat baked, grilled, chicken egg whites, lean steaks, turkey, ham, shakes, plenty of fiber and water.

Don't sell your body short by trying to accomplish two very different things at one time. A bulking cycle if for bulking, and a cutting cycle is for cutting!!! You can't carve a steak if there's no meat on the bone......bulk first, then cut down and define.

I'm currently on a cycle of reforvit/sust/eq and my diet consists of: 6250 calories daily....20% from fat, 40% from protein, 40% from carbs. This seems to work well for me...I'm 6', 260lbs, 14% bf.

Just eat clean man....Make sure you get your protein, but get it from the right places, and keeps your carbs clean and under control...Finish up with ECA and or clen and i think you'll be pleased...Also, throw in some cardio first thing in the morning on empty stomach to deplete unused carbs from the day before...good luck

To put on lean muscle tissue and not fat is up to you and how you plan your diet.
You need to find how much energy the body expands at rest(ie if you were to lie in bed all day)then find out how much calories you need to maintain your current lean bodyweight. After finding that out find out how much calories are burned in your other daily activites(training, cardio, job). Then get your total calories burned in the day.
Now here is a example body burns 2000 cals at rest, need 2500 to maitain current lean bodyweight, expand 500 cals from activities during day,so I would need 3000 cals to maintain my current lean mass and to gain lean muscle then add 200 cals to that.Mind you I have said lean bodyweight and calculated the fat mass out of there. So you would be losing fat and gaining lean muscle tissue.Make any sense or did I confuse you???

I suck at diets but I know Deca increases protien syntheses in the muscle and helps create a positive Nitrogen balance in the muscle, so definitely high in protien. But that was prob the obvious answer

Bro,

First, you can't really combine a cutting and bulking cycle. You will end up short on both goals.

Your diet should be 1.5-2g of protein per pound of bodyweight, and no more than 20% of your cals from fat. The rest is carbs. Think good fats like flaxseed oil, and avoid saturated fats.

No junk food, like fast food or McD's or pizza. Avoid "shit" like ice cream, and try to minimze or eliminate the sodas.

It's pretty much common sense.

Matt
