I was wondering...what hang cleans are...how you do them and if you want to increase your jumping how should you do them sets-reps????

ive always thought that the difference is that power cleans you start with the weight on the ground, then power it up in an expolsive movement, and with hang cleans the start position is standing, with the weight 'hanging' so you use more of your calves than your quads to get the weight up
