..I have never injected into my bicep... i have pretty much just stuck to shoulder and glute...the talk about the pump you get form injecting winny in the bis has intriuged me... has anyone injected anything into their bis other than a water based ... i.e. deca or sust.... it crossed my mind today so I thought I would ask... Ive shot sust. veryone seems to say they get too much of a sting from sust injections, so if you do, dont try it. Ive never had a sust shot sting before, so I did it. I dont often, since its hard for me to get my biceps to relax enough to shoot em... IP: Logged |

i had a friend who hurt is bicep, so he injected half a cc of cyp. in it, he said it hurt but he had a kick ass arm work out. IP: Logged |

when you shot the sust did you use a 22 or 28.... most suggest a 28 with winny in the bi... 28 seems a little small for sust..

i did sust with 23G, hurt like hell. no pain just sore. i think i depends on the size of the pin. i think you use thinner pins for winny. IP: Logged |
