Liquid creatine does not put any water weight on you it was made so you don' gain water weight and their is no loading phase. All it does is give you a little endurance and energy. Read the bottle It says"DOES NOT CAUSE BLOATING" Read the bottle..................................................

I have never tried the liquid creatine but I have friends who use it and they like it better than the powder. They say that it works better and is easier to take. I also heard that the body absorbs and uses it better than the powder form. This is all I know about it, hope it helps.

I have seen no real scientific evidence proving that liquid creatine is any better than powder. It all the same transport system right??

Dont believe the bullshit hype you read in ads. Save your self money and just stick with ol' reliable.

this isnt a flame, but ive read and heard numerous times that creatine is not stable in liquid form. Therefore, anything that is in liquid form, would be unstable, or useless within a couple of days after it was prossesed. Ill try to find the article again and post it.

I took liquid creatine with ribose, and I loved it I had tons of energy and put on a few pounds of quality muscle. I would recommend it for between cycles. I took Biotest brand called Ribose-C

well I am starting it today. I have the sublingual liquid creatine, and one of the fellow dudes at the gym has been taking it between his cycles and has loved it. He says he has beeen able to hold some strength from the dbol this time around. when usually he loses some.

I am going to load just like regular creatine I guess.

take care all (THIS BOARD ROCKS)

Ok if someone will please tell me how they've prevented the creatine from becoming creatinine while in solution then this problem will be solved. As far as i know, no one has been able to do that, and if they haven't than liquid creatine is a complete waste of time.

I can't beleive that people are still taking such a scam product. Next, you're going to be posting asking about stacking Anotestin with Nottestin......

I think the effervescent stuff is the best creatine yet. It doesn't hold a candle to AS, but I think it's ok stuff.

I see your point e2, but it is a popular product in my gym and the guys are getting good gains off it. They have never taken AS so they can't compare to us.

I think it will have the same effect as powder form on me.

I will keep you posted.

hey bro
save your money, I'm taking a brand called muscle marketing USA it isn't worth the bottle it's printed on. It also says that it is 100% stable for two years... right on the bottle. Use your own best judgment.
