take 8-10 weeks off in my opinion. when you here of people with problems with gear, it's usually has to do with long term no breaks in between use. there's only one gym in philly to go, bodytech! IP: Logged |

Take off at least as much time as you were on. So if you did a 10 wk cycle, take at least 10 wks off. Now, I did a safe, little Deca cycle for my 1st cycle, and netted 30 lbs from it. It was a 9 wk cycle. Then I waited 10 weeks and did Sust. @ 500 per wk for 10 wks and saw very little for gains. Now the deca cycle ran me about $200 but the Sust was $500. Now, I wish I had waited longer. I feel like I wasted $500 by starting up too quickly. Most guys I know do 2 cycles a year. This allows their receptors time to become hypersensitive to AS again as opposed to not as receptive when bridging or not taking enough time off. I say, take at least 3 months off. I know its addictive. Shoot, I was one of those guys saying, "I will only do one little cycle to get me over the hump." Well, that was 3 cycles ago. Take some time off, most of my best strength gains came during the "off" time. NICE IP: Logged |

Very nice answer Niceguy......take the advice Bro, it's the look and the pump that is addicting....I've been there myself too many times......and I'm still a greedy fucker when it comes to a cycle....heh heh heh...!! Ranger ------------------ IP: Logged |
