Nolvadex during the cycle will hinder your gains. Just keep it on hand in the event you have a problem.....itching or soreness around the nipple. If signs of gyno are present, take 40mg Nolvadex daily for a week.......then 10mg daily for another week. To help ward off gyno and keep your natural test production going, take 50mg Clomid every other day throughout your cycle. SSMAN IP: Logged |

proviron is the best i think, depends on what you are taking, and depends are you to know when to start taking nolvadex, or proviron, when you start to feel tenderness under nipple. IP: Logged |
