![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you have used clen before, then you know what your tolerance is. If you have never used it before, then I say start out at 2-3 a day and increase by 1 every day untill you get the sides. 8 a day is an above average tolerance. Also, I would recommend a 2 weeks on, 1 week off set-up rather than 3 on 3 off. I did the 2 on 1 off thing and it worked really good for me. I didn't use ECA on my off weeks, or else I'm sure the benefit would have been greater. FYI: My tolerance was 6 a day, and I split it up into 3 in the morning, and 3 in the afternoon. ![]() ![]() ![]() I'll second Studcj's advice, don't jump in at a high dose or you may have a few days of hell ahead of you. I just started a couple of days ago at 1 tab and am very glad I didn't go higher cuz I had some really jittery hands and was sweating like crazy. IP: Logged |
