![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() With drugs, its no problem. Use winstol or deca or primo, keep protien at 1 - 1.5 grams per lean pound of body weight and keep carbs and nonessential fats low. Ideally, you want to be at or just below maintainance calories and increrase cardio. Also, 75 mcg of Cytomel mon-fri and none on the weekend works for me. ![]() ![]() ![]() The fastest way to shed fat with some regard to health(no DNP): 1. ECA 2 days on(max. 100mg/day), clen 2 days on (max. 160mcg/day). 2. .75 grams of carbs/lb of body wieght a day in 6 divided doses 3. 1.5-2 grams of protien/lb of body wieght a day in 6 divided doses 4. .75 grams of EFA's/lb of body wieght a day in 6 divided doses 5. Cytomel - increase by 25mcg every three days until max. doasge is reached (75-100mcg/day) and stay on max. for 15-25days then taper down. 6. 40 min of moderate cardio on empty stomach in morning 5 days/week. Take 1000mg of l-carnitine first. 7. 4-6 litres of purified water a day. This schedule will produce fantastic resluts in a short period of time. Stay on for no longer than 6 weeks at a time!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm thinking of using some cytomel with my primo cycle this summer, but am a little concerned with the saftey issue. i've heard some stories of people really fucking themselves up with synthetic T3.
