![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() To all the hard gainers, no gainers and what ever other problems you might have. I get message after message concerning poor gains in teh gym. I can not stress enough how important your diet is. So here's what I'll do for you. If you are to pig headed to create and track your diets. FORGET IT. Eat the way that you've always ate. Do yourself and me this small favor. Run down to your local GNC or supp store and buy some plain old whey protein. Force yourself to drink 4 shakes per day for atleast 2 weeks. I use plain ion exchanged whey, 30 grams of pro per serving. If you're really too lazy then combine 2 servings for breakfast and 2 before you tuck yourself into your little bed at night. DO this and I will gaurantee that you will add some weight. Try this, if it doesn't work then I will personally provide you with a diet and training plan. BPP IP: Logged |
