I AM 6'1 AND ABOUT 220.. MY MAX ON FLAT BENCH IS 340 FOR 3 (COULD HAVE DONE MORE )..I REALLY HAVENT MAXED OUT ON SQUATING YET..DONT DO DEDLIFTS EITHER...

my bench is pathetic.....hehe...i normally can get around 255. thats it! im a little guy though 5 9 185. BUT....i can skullcrush 135 for reps...hehe. talk about disproportionate? lets see, D.L. 405 Squat 405,working on refining squat now so i started back down at 225 and working my way up by doing only "in the hole" squats. we'll see how that goes in the next few months. oh trust me, im NOT bragging....just getting my posts closer to E2...hehe.

my bench isn't that impressive(have long arms for one thing), im 6' tall, 233lbs, bench is 340 max, squat-515, leg sled-1150 for 10 reps, deadlift-515(did it yesterday!!)

5'10 245 at 18%bf Squat 545lbs ass to the ground. DeadLift 595lbs. Bench 425lbs, and boy do I feel beefy at this body weight, if I can keep those numbers when I cut down to 210 that would be nice.

About two weeks ago I benched 450lbs four times. But now my cycle is over and I am so depressed. Oh well, I guess I can just look forward to doing my next cycle.

21 yrs old 5'9' 195 11% BF . My bench is 375.

At 17yrs old 170 My squat was 515.

I was not allowed to enter the state championship powerlifting meet because my school had no official team. I havent squatted since.

WOW!!!!!! that's some impressive lifts brothers. I am 6' 3" and about 245, and I bench about 310 for 5 reps, I have not maxed out this year though.

Always been big on bench ....405lbs or 315 for 8 reps! Only one 5 week cycle of omnadren at 500 mg/wk

Goal........500!!!!!!!!

I am 5'8" 195lbs. 23 years old.
My last three rep max was 405lbs.
Single rep was only 425lbs.
My single rep squat was 565lbs.
My three rep squat was 505lbs.

If you are talking about competition lifts the weights will drop about 65lbs on the bench and 500lbs. is what I can squat contest wise. Hope this wasn't too long.

Wow I am weak!!! I never do flat bench because my shoulder is busted up. But on a Hammer bench I can do 8 plates for 5. That doesn't seem to aggravate my shoulder. Hopefully it will go up to 10 or 12 plates when I hit the good stuff!! Heh! Heh!

Back in the day when I was nieve and didn't know any better,I could bench 275 for reps at a weight of 180lbs.

Now that I'm older,wiser and more experienced I DON"T DO BENCH PRESSES.And I suggest you do the same.Put your ego aside and save your shoulders.

Damn FitnessChick are you sure your not Chyna from the WWF. Thats wayyy strong you have a lot to be proud of. As for my lifts they are not worth mentioning yet but after this cycle I am starting tommorrow I should be up around 465-470 by August weighing 245-250 at 6'2". But its all bullshit until I do it!!!

no i am nowhere near chyna....she claimed in muscular dvlpment mag this month, she warms up with a plate, then works up to 3...thats impressive....and as for you HARLEYGUY, benching should pose no probs for anyone who is uninjured pending you use good form...slow down, explode up, so jerking, arching etc....

i can do sets of 10 with 315
unfortunately, that is what i squat too
(my squat sucks compared to my bench and deadlift) i have dead 545 for a max too

I can get in to this, 5 8 and a true 1/2 @ 181, Bench 315 for 2 sets of 3. Squats havent maxed but do 3 sets of 8 @ 315 (dont wanna bust my knees, I used to be a fatty and I dont wanna go back, so running is very important to me). I dont do dead lifts. Later

O.k here goes No bullshit.
Incline bench 405 for 5
Squats have done 6 plates a side to parallel
Deadlifts 7 plates a side (no shit)
Haven't attempted these lifts in a couple of years, but bench is still the same.

6'0 225lbs 7-9% BF (done in water last week)

So now that everyone has bragged and we all feel better about ourselve have a good one.

im completely natural, 22 5'10" 207 9%...i dont max out on 1 rep, but i can do 275x6...and 225x15...but what im proud of is the 25 wide grip pull ups i can do, is that good? or should i stop strutting around like im sumthin special after i do em? i cant tell because most people dont do pull ups

At my last meet(March 1997), I did 340B(w/shirt), 460S and 525DL. I was in the 220lb class(212 actually) and was lifelong drug-free up to then(except for refer ). My girlfriend at the time DL 365lb at a body weight of 116lb. She is still the NY state record holder in that lift. She too was lifelong drug free at that time(except for refer ).

Now I'm a bodybuilder!

I have always been strong. When I was 17 I benched 300lbs at 161lbs. I am NATURAL(soon to go to the AS side). I fear I am at my genetic potential...so I need to make the shift to AS.

I am now 5'113/4" and weigh 202 I recently did 405 twice and I am looking to max in the next two weeks. I am hoping to make it to 425lbs. I squat 525 and I have deadlifted 550. I do shrugs with 630lbs for 3 sets of 10. People in the gym have suggested I do a clean powerlifting contest...I guess that is no shirts and no squat suits.

I have done deep leg presses with 1225lbs for 3x12. I really do not realize how strong I am until I see that 240lb guy struggle with 275lbs on the bench. Thanks for letting me get a swollen head for a minute guys...much love.

I will take a lie detector test for these numbers for all the guys that do not believe me.

Been injured so I haven't benched heavy since last spring....that aside...5'6" @ 240lbs....505lb 1 rep max.....29 Jan, 1999....blew my elbow attempting 515 the following week....no bench shirt....wrist wraps and the neopreme elbow wraps...err...actually knee wraps. Was repping 405x8-10.

My dog was on a big cycle of Thai dbol and test at the time.

I benched 440 about 6 wks ago, at end of my last cycle. Naturally, I can lift 405. Bodyweight was 210 for 440 lift and now is 196. Im about 5'7".
Good job on 185 Fitnesschic! Thats great for a girl, ive seen 155 at most before.

I have hit 520 @ 238. At my most recent meet I hit 525 @ 252, this was a full meet and I had to Squat first. I am doing a bench meet only next weekend and I am looking for 550. I wear a bench shirt in competition. W/O a shirt I have done 15 reps with 315.

when I was 18 I could bench 365 @ 192lbs and 6 feet tall Naturally. @ 9-10% bodyfat.

Out of high school I juiced off and on til I was about 22. My best was 405 three times @a bodyweight of 247 and 10%bodyfat.

I havent juiced in 2 to 21/2 years and can still throw up 315lbs after dieting on a CKD diet for the last 12 1/2 weeks. I only weigh
180lbs @ 6.5-7% bodyfat.

49 years old. 5'11" 226lbs. Best bench last Dec.=525 (do 405 for 8). Best Dead=635. Best squat (before hurting knee) 585 for 5. I have been lifting for 7 years now. BTW, this is a killer site!!!!

Dont know what my maxs are right now, just started my first cycle. About two months ago my bench was 310, squat was 350. I'm 5'10, 188lbs.

I have a friend who is 5'10, 240lbs, 10%bf, benches 475, squats 650 and deadlifts 675. He holds the title of european armed forces heavyweight powerlifting champ. DAMN, AINT THAT SOME SHIT?????????

(Oh, forgot our ages...we are both 28).

6' 205 now, 9% bf as of 2 wks ago. 26 yrs of age, married w/children, so have sympathy.

365 bench, finishing my squat pyramids with 405 for 2, and just started back on the deads after a 6 yr. layoff-working out with 355 for 4.(but i use the bumper plates, so i dont lower the weight back down, hehe)

I've waited 4 months for the right time for my first post, finally its here. 37yrs old, 5'6", 185lbs, 10%bf. Bench: 425, Squat: 600, Deadlift: 610. Also benched 315 for 15 and 225 for 30. Oh BTW, these are natural!!! I'm still waiting for my first cycle to show up and then these will change. As for injuries, 3 knee surguries, 1 shoulder surgury and 1 back surgury so lets not use that for an excuse guys!!

Ok, 5'10" 235lbs.
Flat bench 405lbs for 3, no cheating (back flat, no feet pushing)
Incline 350lbs for 3, no cheating.
I thought my nuts were gonna fall off, but what the hell...
I dont really max out much, because I dont care. Also, I work out alone a lot, and dont have a spot because people dont generally talk to me at the gym. Im not a dick, but I get real intense when I work out, so people probobly assume Im being a jerk...

I don't think that the numbers posted above are all that unthinkable. Maybe 1 or 2. Hell, there is a Korean guy at my gym who weighs all of about 160lbs and he put up 375 last week. His arms can't be any bigger than 15". But than again he's been working out for over 12 years. This is no flame to anyone here but for the most part I was dissapointed, I expected more based on some of the cycles I've seen posted. My numbers are right up there with anyone elses and I haven't even started my first cycle yet!!! Now I'm psyched!!!

maybe we should start a new post labeled what do you really truly bench. Damn, i know some of this shit is bullshit--i mean guys bencing 450 and can only deadlift 400 and shit and they are doing reps of 400 etc weighing 170 and shit-soem of these guys are lying

At 5'9 160 lbs my max bench was 300 off the juice. I am now 175 and haven't maxed in about a year and a half. I used to squat 285 lbs for about 9 reps. Never done deadlifts.

pretty pathetic... alot of you dudes are barely deading more than you can lift on your back. shows alot of lazyness don't you think??? m i only weight 87kg and have a kneeinjury (that i cant fell as long as i keep trainning) and some probs with shoulders: deadlift 250kg, dumbell bech press 40kg dumbells, dont do squat at the moment, trainning my deadlift was supposed to enter a competition with deadlift only before i start my cycle, but i failled the drugtesting!!! they say i have been using all sorts of stuff, but i havent touch anything thats on the dopinglist.

5'9 93kg. Bench: Just the bar

What can I say? The olympic bar is heavy! So I guess you may say that I bench 20kg, the weight of the bar!!! Ooh, I noticed I'm getting a great pump by using my mouse!

Squat: 2.5 kg each side of the bar.

Tomorrow is legs day again so I'm going to aim for a whopping 5 kg on each side.

Deadlift: A heavy supermarket bag x 5 reps

Now don't laugh. I concentrate on good form all throughout. I guess I've been slacking off on my deadlifts. Tomorrow when I go shopping, I'm going to deadlift TWO!!! bags.

At this rate, I'll be the world's strongest man in a few years heheh.

Tried to put up 135 yesterday and my elbows gave out and it got stuck on me. The staff left me there for 3 days to starve because they said the weight wasn't heavy enough to crush anything. Luckily for me some nice old lady came and took it off of me by accident. She thought I had just fallen asleep and was going to do some curls. I was extatic to be finally free when she saw me awake and put it back on me thinking I was going to finish. Finally two days later the cleaning crew came and removed it to dust and I made a break for the door. That little test of masculinity cost me 5 days of eating and 12 lbs. of bodyweight.

WonderWoman here folks,
175lbs, 5'9", 15%bf approx, best bench 225x3, best dead 425, best squat 350, natural. Since I've come to the 'dark side' I haven't been able to check. I recently got injured during week 5 of an 8 week cycle. It was my 1st cycle too. Probably another 6 weeks before I can get back to buisness. My goals are 300bench, 400 sq, and 500 dl at same body weight. Coming soon to a gym near you!!!

well, i for one have trouble with my deadlifting. mostly due to not using it for the last 4-6 yrs. but, after 3 months, it hasnt moved up at all. pretty soon, i will be benching more than i dead. not good, HELP!
