![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i know your body can only take in about 30 to 50grams of protein per meal the rest is just thrown out. well how much time should you let pass between each protein intake. lets say i start the morning off with a protein shake at about 7:00. how much time do i have to wait to take in another protein intake without it being wasted.
