Abouy 5 years ago during my first cycle of Suston I began having pain in my left shoulder during benching. I kept ignoring the pain the best I could and it eventually began dislocating at every opportunity. Even while sleeping I could not lay it out flat for it would dislocate and I would have to roll it back in place. Finally I got surgery to repair it and have a nice little pin holding it in. Now on my 2nd cycle of Primotest and D-Bol, it is starting again in my right shoulder. It hurts mostly during any kind of bench or military press. My doctor says its from lifting to heavy but I just cant believe that. Anyway can anyone give me some other hardcore exercises for chest beside flys or should I just bench and lower the weight? Hey dog, i had the same thing, i went from bench to Dumbbells with great success, i dont know if you have tried this or not but i would give it a go, also try really heavy weighted dip i know that dips hit the sholders and tris but if you lean forward it hits the chest quite nicely semper fi ------------------ IP: Logged |

Hey bro,I'm currently awaiting to have surgery on my right shoulder. Why?Because of to much heavy bench and military presses. Those two exercises are shoulder killers. There are 50 other exersises you can do for chest and shoulders. I HATE THE SHOULDER JOINT!!!!! DON'T DO BENCH PRESS OR MILITARY PRESS!!!!! IP: Logged |
