![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well everybody, I've made the decision to enter the "Dark Side" However, it is not going to be until June, July or even later. I still need to lose about 3% more bf (still at 5'10" and 220 though). BTW the E/C/A Stack seems to be working. I'm testing at about 16% now.(God its a lot harder at 40 than at 25) I'm going to choose EQ and primo to be the backbone of my cycle, however. There is still lots more research to be done on my part as far as dosages, meal planning and training. Not to mention getting all the things I need at hand before starting. What I'm trying to accomplish is give my body a little more muscle. I've said before, I'm not trying to get freaky, just a little more mass and some strength. I continue to thank everyone on this board for their info. Keep up the good work! p.s. When I started the ECA, I stopped cardio due to time constraints, but I now have to do a lot of walking at work (2+ miles a day) Seems to burn up fat better(?) IP: Logged |
