Variant 1: Subject: Susitikim shi vakara kavos puodukui... Body: kindly check the attached LOVELETTER coming from me. Attachment: LOVE_LETTER-FOR-YOU.TXT.vbs Variant 2: Subject: fwd: Joke Attachment: Very Funny.vbs Variant 3: Subject: Mothers Day Order Confirmation Body: We have proceeded to charge your credit card for the amount of $326.92 for the mothers day diamond special. We have attached a detailed invoice to this email. Please print out the attachment and keep it in a safe place. Thanks Again and Have a Happy Mothers Day! The way the virus works is when it infects someone it will enter their email address book and email the virus to everyone in there. I recieved the virus from a good friend of mine who always sends jokes to me so I didn't think anything of it until the joke turned on me. IP: Logged

There things aren't new.. melissa, and a ton of other vbscript "viruses" that script kiddies make. You just gotta watch yourself, these things spread like wildfire. When I was the lead sysadmin in a IT dept, we briefed everyone the day that Melissa hit and the stupid people still opened up the mail and it spread (told them about the subject header, and just delete the msg.. they still did it). Any executable that you run can do almost anything to your computer, it's like inviting a bunch of people to your big ass house and hoping that they'll behave and not steal or fuck up anything. Vlad67 Pro Bodybuilder (Total posts: 163)	posted May 05, 2000 05:54 PM .... just my own personal conspiricy theory... i think the virus may have been created by some kid but it was under the direction of the corporate music buisness i.e. sony geffen...... they are losing millions because of this MP3 format... the courts are working way too slow to control MP3 file transfer...... what better way to end their problems but with a virus that erases MP3 files....... just think most virusis are created by computer geeks that hate corporate america......MP3's are bringing down the corporate music world..... why would they target that file?????
