as a newbie, im feeling a little overwhelmed by all the info being thrown at me. is there a tell all book one can buy with loads of beginners info?? for example, stack recipes, safety, harshness (on hair DAMMIT). etc etc etc. ive heard to get the bible and anbolic review?? just want the opinions of users, not the opinion of amazons.com. thanks chris ------------------ IP: Logged |

One way to eliminate that is to ask specific questions. After all, there is a lot of info here and that's why this board rules. If you want a book, get the WAR (World Anabolic review). It's tried and true. Alos, if you go to www.anabolics.com, they have some kind of Steroids 2000 book or something you can order that is supposed to be pretty good. Have fun Matt IP: Logged |

There is a post on this board titled "ALL NEWBIES MUST READ!!!!!" I recommend reading it even if you do not consider yourself a newbie. Not only does it have links to info. on various AS, but it has scammer info. as well. Also, I use the search function at the top of the page a lot and it helps. you can also check out the anabolics2000 book. www.anabolics2000.com its not bad. alot of the info is on the net, i just like to have it all for reference instead of having to go to a certain site for pics and this one for info. etc. this book has quite a few pics and info on products themselves. ie packaging, things to look for etc. i like it.
