Thanks for all the "welcomes." Since I am new to this, how do I start my workout program? I have been doing a low carb diet and I have lost about 11 lbs. I'm not large to beging with...5'5" 116 lbs. I have been doing aerobics and weight training. I still am not where I want to be. So help! Any ideas? Supplements suggestions? Workout suggestions??? IP: Logged |

You would probably get a better response to this question if you put it on the supplement board or the training board. This is just predominantly about steroids and if you don't know how to train properly yet then you definately have no business using steroids. I hope someone there can answer your question a little better. Also, give them as much information about yourself as you can and to what extent your goals are. ------------------ IP: Logged |

The best source I have seen out for information on how to custom your workout to your specific body type and goals is Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding. It has useful info from a beginner to advanced. It has diets workouts and a ton of useful info for anyone trying to shape their body in a specific way. Get the revised version its only around a year old and go through it its very useful. By the way its great having girls on hear its nice to get a womans perspective on things. Good Luck and if you need any more info feel free to e-mail me [email protected] ------------------ [This message has been edited by demaroid (edited May 05, 2000).] IP: Logged |
