I read the section that says the thing about the URL of the pic. What is the URL? What do u have to do to get the pic posted say off the internet. please help.

If you want to post a pic from somewhere on the internet then right click your mouse on the jpg that you want to copy and click "properties" this will show you the URL of the pic......just copy and paste or memorize the URL and put it exactly like this.....

[IMG]http://www. blah blah blah[/IMG] and you should see your pic

I was all wrong on the insano cycle. No test is best and hit it soft at first and increase slowly as needed. 2thick was 100% right on!
