![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This sounds stupid, but creatine and intensity. It will be harder to get the great pumps you're used to when you're off - but don't let that discourage you. Keep hitting it - you'll lose weight from water weight loss, but you shoudl be able to keep 75% or more of the muscle MattS IP: Logged |
