take a look on the box if it has some thing such "methan" writen on it . if it is then this is the "rusian d", it will load you up with water ,increse your power a lot BUT as soon as you'l get off it you will lose A LOT of your gains. GET BIG. IP: Logged |

The last reply is correct, chances are you will gain alot of strength with it, but I would suggest you stack it with sus or deca to keep your gains from disappearing. To my knowledge the Russian dbol is as good as it gets. delts ------------------ IP: Logged |
