![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I haven't worked out in eight years. When I quit my bench was 315 squat405 and deadlift400. I haven't ever jucied up and now I have enough deka and sus250 for a couple of cycles. How would I begin? Should I work myself back into it without juice? If so how long? Will it be harder getting to where I was or easier? Any help would be greatly apprieciated. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would say start working out first....You need to give your body a chance to build back up. BUMP IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Tx is right, start working out again, and I'm sure your "muscle memory" will have you back to your old size again. Then try to break through that plateau naturally.......once you level off........time for AS. deltman ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You are risking injury if you start gear right away. Your muscles wil grow way too fast for your connective tissue and you will tear it. Then you get more rest, and it sounds like you've had enough. Matt IP: Logged |
