I HAD A BAD DAY AT THE GYM TODAY FUCKING SUCKED ASSHOLE......315 ON SQUAT SEEMED HEAVY...FUCKING SUCKED.....SO WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO WHEN YOU HAVE A BAD DAY I WORK THROUGH IT....DO YOU GUYS EVER GO BACK AND RETHINK WHAT YOU FUCKED UP ON AND THEN HIT IT EXTRA HARD? FUCK IM PROBABLY BEING STUPID AND JUST NEED SOME MOTIVATION....

All you can do is work through it and use your anger about it on your next workout. I hear you though, I work out first thing in the morning and a shitty workout fu*ks up my whole day...

It happens to the best of us. Don't even think about it tomorrows a new day. It could be anything, strees, lack of carbs the day before ,etc. Just clear your head go back in tomorrow and have a good one. Or maybe your over doing it in that case take a couple of days off.Trust me when you go back you'll feel like a king.

Arnold always said if he fucked up in the gym he had the whole time off in between that particular muscle group to refocus and get pissed about how he had wasted his time. He said it would make him so made if he fucked up hi back workout that he would dwell on it, every thought of every day until he couldn;t stand it, up until he hit it again...you better believe he was ready the next time around!

Bad days are part of it. Everyone serious on this board has been there. You just work through it - use it as motivation - one consideration would be to write down your eating/training habits to see if there is a trend.

Maybe there is, maybe not - shit just happens.

Concentration is the key! No I'm not talking about just concentrating on that particular muscle your working, but why your in the gym and what's your motivation, whats forcing you to be such an angry violent crazy freaky motherfucker inside, giving you all that strength to lift heavier than usual????? Once you lose it though, you can't get it back as you originally had it! Don't let it bum you out dude, just look for another way to get it done, and GET it done! Work hard and don't give up!!!

I know exactly what your sayin bro, this whole week has been like that. I feel so tired in the gym, I'm even yawning and shit. I personally think that I'm not getting enough sleep this week. I really wanna just say fuck it I'm going home to sleep but then I keep thinking if I miss today then I'll miss tommorrow and when will the missing days stop. Once you start miss days you just cheat yourself. Just pump through it.

i put about 415 on the bar (squatting) and just go down all the way and sit there untill i punish my self enough and get pissed that i am being a pussy then i shooot that shit through the roof, grab my fucking sack and kick some iron ass

WE ALL HAVE THOSE DAYS AND I AGREE WITH THE OTHERS....AT LEAST YOU STAYED WITH IT AND KEPT GOING...YOUR BODY MOST LIKELY NEEDED MORE REST OR CARBS..I AHD TWO SHITTY ONES IN A ROW...TALK ABOUT PISSED..IT WAS MY FAULT FOR GOING WITH IN A COUPLE OF HOURS OF WAKEING UP..GO LUCK..

when you have one of those days....stop in the middle of your workout....and think....rethink that weight & visualize yourself doing it....try some ephedrine, or my personal fave, ultimate orange on a day where you have to train & you feel like your mind & body are elsewhere....thet usually corrects the prob!
