If you live in a pretty big city almost any big supplement store sells them for instance Muscle Mag store here in Vegas sells all kinds of videos. Including Blood & Guts. Also if your a fan purchase the"Portrait of Dorian Yates, A Warriors Story" book, lots of training tips. IP: Logged |

i got blood n guts. its not an "HOW TO" just a fly on the wall kinda thing. but it does get you in the mood to lift when you watch it. theres gotta be better out there. IP: Logged |
