Kind of a hard question to answer. It depends on the rest of your diet and how many cals. you burn in a day. Really, there is no limit outside of what your stomach can hold. IOf you can give more info an answer may be easier IP: Logged |

I believe the maximum you can use in one sitting is 50 grams and then you should wait two hours before consuming more. Makes ya think what the hell those guys who claim to take in 1500G a day are doing..... IP: Logged |

There are many variables involved.......your size, metabolism, on gear or natural.... I'm 6', 255 lbs, 14% bf.....I consume 6 meals per day, each having 50-60 grams. SSMAN IP: Logged |
