im taking 1cc of 200mg upjohns cypionate a week for 10 weeks i know not that much but i am new to it just took first shot sunday thanks alot

The gains will depend on you, but on average you could expect ~10-~20 pounds in BW and a ~50+ pound increase in strength.

only 200mg a week I don't think you would really have any gains....

you might want to up the dose to 400 a week. or if you aren't willing, then take 5-15 mg dianabol a day along with the 200 mg cypionate.

i think that at that low a dose you are barely giving your body more test than it produces naturally. although i am probalby wrong, as the normal person only makes 6 mg test a day.

but all i am saying is that others have tried using 200 mg a week, and sometimes they didn't see any results. they were eating protein though.


anyway, if by day 21 of your cycle you don't notice any water, strength, or weight gain. up the dosage a little. 400-500 mg a week. or add some dianabol.
