![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Spot injections is just that. You pick a spot and inject. Some people think that by injecting into a certain spot (calves, bi's, tri's,) that this will help to increase the size of the muscle injected. Not a very safe way to do it, you must be careful. Alot more viens, nerves, etc for you to hit. Have tried it still don't know if it works or not. Unless you inject propinate into your calves, now this works but OUCH IT HURTS. ![]() ![]() ![]() how do you know where there are veins or nerves? do you look at an anatomy chart or just guess? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() You could look at a chart but you still won't know exactly where they are on YOU. I really don't see why people "Spot" shoot. I don't think there is any proof that it hits that muscle better as it still must enter blood stream. The reason for using the glutes is that it is a very large muscle. This makes it easier and safer to use. IP: Logged |
