When taking winny orally, what is the point of using gelcaps? Can't you just squirt it into your mouth and wash it down with some water? Anyone do it this way? IP: Logged |

I HAVE (HEARD) THAT YOU CAN PLACE IT UNDER THE TOUNGE UNTIL IT DESOLVES..THE GEL CAP THING OF COURSE AND EVEN MIXING IT IN WITH FOOD AND DRINKS..REMEMBER THIS IS ALL HEAR SAY I HAVE HEARD AN IN NO WAY TELLING WHATS BEST.. IP: Logged |
