![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() wednesday was the day i started carbing up (finally !).show is saturday. why was i down stairs at 12.01am then got up at 3.30am for work and had small bowl of Oats made with purified water. i feel totally full now my eyes are rolling & i actually think i can take a shit today without straining by self. it is sad when you time yourself & actually count the rabbit pellets you have just made. the pleasures of competetive bodybuilding i guess. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Aw bro I hear ya with those blood vessel popping shits. I started cutting last week and eat about 150-200g carbs a day. All in the morning afternoon and postworkout.
