wednesday was the day i started carbing up (finally !).show is saturday.

why was i down stairs at 12.01am
making up
2 salt free rice cakes
with suger free strawberry jam
with 1 sliced bannana.

then got up at 3.30am for work and had small bowl of Oats made with purified water.

i feel totally full now my eyes are rolling & i actually think i can take a shit today without straining by self.

it is sad when you time yourself & actually count the rabbit pellets you have just made.

the pleasures of competetive bodybuilding i guess.
3 days of Sauna's left now.
feeling & looking best ever.
just hope my carb loading goes OK.
i have planned all my neals in advance.

Aw bro I hear ya with those blood vessel popping shits. I started cutting last week and eat about 150-200g carbs a day. All in the morning afternoon and postworkout. No carbs after that. My shits are fuckin pellets that take forever to squeeze out. F/N A it sux!
