   Everyone talks about when a Pro comes to town or something but I'd really recommend going to a large Expo that is running in conjunction with a show that weekend. I go to the Arnold Classic every year and I always go to the Expo and get at least 100 bucks worth of free supplements and meet pretty much every professional bodybuilder there. This time I met Kevin Lerone, Flex, Ronnie, Nasser, everybody. Greg Kovaks was looking awfully huge. My hand dissappeared when I shook his hand and my head was about as big as his arm.
