DO U BROS KNOW ANY BREAKFAST RECIPIES CAUSE I DONT KNOW ALOT OF BREAKFAST RECIPIES WITH LOTS OF PROTEIN.ANY HELP WOUL BE GREAT.Also do you guys have any bodybuliding videos you guys could dubb for me i will pay for your price and shipping.

Try mixing your protein mix with some oatmeal and egg whites. Blend it. Makes great pancakes.

I eat my girlfriend for breakfast, it keeps me healthy and lean.

Either that or A bowl of rasin bran,penut butter toast and a protein shake.

I like to have a bowl of fruity pebbles with a scoop of strawberry whey sprinkled on top, and I use 1%milk.

But of course there is always the Moe Dank-diet. That usually gets me in trouble because I'm always late for work cause I just can't stop.

I have a protein shake in the morning before leaving for work......then 4 scrambled eggs with cheese, 2 pieces of toast, and 30oz. of milk about 3 hours later.

Try having a boal of oatmeal right when you get out of bed, then after your done getting ready to go to school/work/whatever you do in the morning, have 6 eggs, 5 whites and 1 yellow with 2 pieces of whole wheat bread and then a bannnan.

Carnation instant breakfast drink w/creatine monohydrate mixed in a blender w/ a scoop of weight gainer or protein to boot. Then eat some pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast, coffee.
