I like to have a bowl of fruity pebbles with a scoop of strawberry whey sprinkled on top, and I use 1%milk. But of course there is always the Moe Dank-diet. That usually gets me in trouble because I'm always late for work cause I just can't stop. IP: Logged |

I have a protein shake in the morning before leaving for work......then 4 scrambled eggs with cheese, 2 pieces of toast, and 30oz. of milk about 3 hours later. SSMAN IP: Logged |

Try having a boal of oatmeal right when you get out of bed, then after your done getting ready to go to school/work/whatever you do in the morning, have 6 eggs, 5 whites and 1 yellow with 2 pieces of whole wheat bread and then a bannnan. IP: Logged |

Carnation instant breakfast drink w/creatine monohydrate mixed in a blender w/ a scoop of weight gainer or protein to boot. Then eat some pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast, coffee. Your good to go. IP: Logged |
