I am in week 2 of my mass cycle. do you guys drink skim or non-fat milk. I love the stuff but a little worried about putting on fat. Any advice here? IP: Logged |

Bro, I, like Conan, drink around a gallon/day. However, I did a 16 week powerlifting--powerdrug cycle over the winter and switched to whole milk from skim. I was trying to get all the extra calories I could. It worked well, as I was in the top 3 strongest and biggest guys in my gym. Don't try to gain mass and lose bodyfat at the same time--You'll wind up always looking the same(trust me). Fat is mass too you know. Get big and let the bf% get up to 14-16%, then diet down the fat and look like a million bucks! LOL RAGING BULL IP: Logged |

Check out Will Brinks site www.brinkzone.com there is a very interesting article there about milk maybe not being all its cracked up to be. Brink is definetly a reputable source of info. You might want to give it a read. IP: Logged |
