I am just curious and want some info on this topic. I weigh about 155lbs but I THINK, think is the key, that I'm pretty strong for my size. Is it normal for a 155 person to bench 315, squat 425? Just an open question for you people out there... I want to see where I stand. Later

those are excellent lifts how tall did you say, when i was 188 i was doing like 355 and a 500 squat but to me that does not seem like much cause i compare myself to others around me and that is why i have decided the darkside, i always just had the feeling and still do that i am strong but not enough and the same with size, but all in due time i guess

Better to be stronger than you look than look stronger than you are. And those are great lifts.

Toby-
How old are you? I'm 19 and weigh 155 also.I can bench 300 but never maxed out at sqaut but im sure its up there. I'm starting my first cycle of test cypionate to catch my body up with my strength. TO answer your question i dont see any other lifters at the local gyms who weigh close to me and have our lifts. But if your older then and been lifting thats a good explanation for your strenght to size.---PEACE---
