Hey all, I am fairly situated in Canada. I am borrowing a lap top to keep in touch with the real world.

I did it! I got 405 bench last night with room to spare. I am now on a bulking cycle before taking two months off. I will be around from time to time so I haven't forgotten anyone or your support.
