well all of the blood sweat and tears is about to pay off. its all about hard work and dedication not only sticking yourself but i have taken my body to a new dimesion. i have veins in my head (shaved and i hate that look) my groin, my hams just every where my intercostoals run from my arm pits down to my lower abs and my abs and chest are sliced and dry.i pray that all of this hard work (i have trained 1 year just for this show) the severe diet (no memory and the cost of a 3 year realtionship) is all worth it. I have learned with dedication and focus you can take your body to a level so immpressive that folks walk up to you constanlty to say how great you look and the average person just stares. Is it all worth it? shit yea as I WILL win my class and to all on the board with the suppourt e mails thanks so much. at week 3 i almost gave up as it was such an incredible burn out experience but here i sit cardio in the am 1 hour lifting in the pm 2 hours a different person. for those of you getting ready to compete great luck and congrats for having the balls to see it through. i have NEVER been through anything tougher or more physically draining in my life but when its all said an done its simply amazing what will power can do. ThANKS TO MY DIET GURU AND FRIEND WHO WAS ALAWAYS THERE [URL=http://www.optimumfitness.com]Prince Harrision a true trainer of champions. Sorry for the blabbing but when someone asks ya why you do it all i can say is deep down its inner desire to be the best and when you accomplish that goal nothing makes you more emotional or more proud. May you all acheive your goals and I will be back after my 10 day florida vacation after the south texas (my 2nd show) may 27.

peace

Show off your package well bro. be cocky on that stage and make all the work pay off. I have a show in 4 days myself. I will be at the Caveman in Meremac Caverns outside of St. Louis MO. Kevin Levrone is guest posing. I know what you are going thru just hang in there till the end. I know I'm fantazing about so many different foods I can't decide what I will eat yet. Probably anything in front of me.

Flexed1,

I feel your pain, as well as your mindblowing vibe about how you look. I myself am less than 10weeks out from back to back shows in July.
The only point I wish to make is this:
It sounds to me like you have the competitive fire in your belly--I do too. Although it sucks about your relationship, I too have lost the lady I was with at the time for each of the three shows I've done. They just didn't understand. Precontest, a GOOD woman can help you reach your goal(help prepare meals, diet w/you, push you when you don't want to do any more cardio, and most importantly understand that this is YOUR time and not to fuck with you). A NOT SO GOOD woman can destroy everything. This also goes for friends and family.
Use the pain and the lonliness of your breakup to supercharge your workouts(it really works), and kick ass Bro! THIS IS ALL ABOUT YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I respect ya, i can't diet for more then 3 days. I know its very hard work, i haven't done a show yet but i have a few friends that have and they went throgh hell. good luck, i hope you do well. It must suck for all those people that worked just as hard and loose. but yeah, let us know how you do.
